The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. 66-year-old Louis Dunston was last seen on Monday, April 1, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., on the 1XX block of East Hortter Street.
He is 6′ 1″, 210 lbs., medium build, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark shirt, dark jeans, and sneakers. He likes to frequent the area of Glenwood Avenue and Broad Street.
