jacobberger, who is a known Actor and Social Media Influencer, was attacked by a group of Bukharan Jews in the jurisdiction of the 107Pct in Queens.
on August 1st 2024, Jacob Berger entered the 107Pct to file charges against an Bukharian Jew who assaulted him while trying to escort a group of Orthodox Jews to their vehicle.
While trying to file the report, a Civilian Bukharian Jew, who works behind the Desk of the 107Pct unlawfully chimed in when he noticed that Jacob was there to file charges against one of his friends from the Bukharian Community.
Also, NYPD Officers began to lie by saying that the report was already filed, then they turned around and said that the report has to be filed at the 112Pct, then they said that Jacob would have to go and call police from where the incident took place.
Also, when Jacob said that he was recording the interaction, the NYPD Desk Sgt said that it was unlawful to record inside the police station, which prompt the Sgt to ORDER her officers to physically remove Jacob from the police station without filing his complaint.
The 107Pct is in the middle of the Bukharian Community, the civilian worker behind the Desk is a Bukharian Jew who spoiled the well when he chimed in on a complaint that he had no buisness getting involved with….The NYPD Desk Sgt and all officers involved violated Jacob by not allowing him to file a assault complaint at the Pct, and also violated him when they physically removed him from the police station because he told the Desk Sgt that he was recording his interaction.
There are so many Violations in play here.
1. Allowing a Civilian to get involved with a victims complaint.
2. Violating the Right To Record.
3. Failure to file a police report on a reported hate crime.
4. Discourtest & Bias Behavior towards civilians.
