The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating missing endangered person Thomas Neill. Thomas was last seen September 11, 2024, at 1:00 pm on the 22xx block of E. Memphis St.
Thomas is 68 years old, 5’10 ft,190 lbs., stocky build, white complexion and blue eyes. His clothing description is unknown.
