The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 14-year-old Honesty Moreno, who has been reported missing. Honesty was last seen at her home on the 1800 block of Plymouth Street on September 12, 2024, around 8 p.m.
She is described as 5’1″, weighing approximately 130 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. At the time she was last seen, Honesty was wearing blue jeans, black sandals, and a white hooded sweatshirt.
