The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing person Marc Delavergne-Otty. Marc was last seen September 19, 2024, at 1:43 PM on the 16xx block of N. Broad St.
He is 32 years-of-age, 6’2’’, 160lbs, blonde hair, blue eyes and was last seen wearing a blue polo shirt with logo “Christie” on the left side, gray pants, light blue shoes and a black backpack.
