Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following still photos.
On September 13, 2024, at approximately 1:00pm, the complainant, who is wheelchair bound, was at 1046 Market Street when the suspect took her bag from her, removed $800 from the bag, gave the bag back to her and fled on foot.
