The Philadelphia Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in locating missing person Woodley N. White. Woodley was last seen October 6, 2024, at 8:21pm on the 74xx block of Henslow Place. Woodley is known to ride Public Transportation and frequents stores in the area of Penrose Plaza, Forman Mills and Ross Department Stores.
Woodley is 40 years-of-age, 5’4″, 163 lbs., black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing gray sweatpants, dark short sleeve shirt and crocs.
