The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. 66-year-old Patricia Garner was last seen on Friday, October 11, 2024, at 5:00 a.m., on the 58XX block of North 12th Street.
She is 5’6″, heavy build, brown eyes, and partially gray hair. Her clothing description is unknown at this time.
