The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 17-year-old who has been reported missing. Raelyn Vaughan was last seen on the 1500 block of Fairmount Avenue on October 9, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. Her suspected whereabouts are unknown.
Vaughan is described as a Black female, 5’3” tall and 160 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
