When someone has been issued a subpoena and does not honor that subpoena can that person be arrested then or is there a warrant have to be issued first??
The private hearing will be much less theatrical. Also, it will give an opportunity for more indepth questioning. Whereas a public hearing will only be back and forth 5 minute questioning. From what I understand there will still be records kept of everything, whether private or public.
An impeachment “inquiry” IS a fishing expedition. What is Bri talking about? This admin, the DOJ, and the FBI have literally hid everything about Hunter’s misdeeds. We only know what we know because:
1) while high as a kite, he left his laptop at the repair shop (FBI covered it up)
2) GOP won the House and opened investigations. (With White House lying and stonewalling)
2) IRS whistle blowers complained to Congress (after being blocked by DOJ)
3) a courageous judge denied the sweetheart plea deal (orchestrated by the Special Counsel)
4) Comer subpoenaed bank records
