The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. A 13-year-old Jahiyah Branch was last seen on Sunday, October 20, 2024, at 2:00 a.m., on the 29XX block of French Street.
She is 5’0″, 150 lbs., medium complexion, brown braided hair below the shoulder, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black pants, black shirt gray hooded sweatshirt, and black bubble jacket.
