Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following still photos and video clip.
On October 20, 2024, at approximately 10:59pm, the suspect wrote profanities with a marker on a statue of the Mikveh Israel Congregation Synagogue at 44 North 4th Street.
