The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. A 13-year-old Kaniyah Hazel was last seen on Monday, October 21, 2024, at 7:00 a.m., on the 60XX block of Ludlow Street.
She is 5″, 102 lbs., medium complexion, long black braided hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing blue pants and a red shirt.
