  1. Even Mr Jilani who is clearly very left-wing inclined, has to admit the Dems' behavior was way off.
If it's a felony to question an election result with evidence, then Hillary Clinton should already be in jail for questioning 2016 with no basis (she never presented any evidence, only entitlement).
Only a person with brain cells could see how in 2020 counting stopped in every swing state for several days, and lo and behold the required ballots were successfully harvested.

  2. I must have missed all of the ppl on the "left" that Bri always defends who have been speaking out for Trump and civil liberties. The last time that was the case was when Bush was in office. The moment Obama got elected, all of the civil libertarians on the left seemed to disappear.

  3. She said a whole lot of words that concluded to make no sense.

People realize this is not a news outlet? This is simply two inexperienced civilians speaking their personal opinion on stories developed by political sided media sources or major news outlets who have actually done their own investigating and news reporting

    !?!?!

"News / Media" outlets are the single most dangerous tools used to manipulate and mislead. Many politicians agree but what they need to do is pass legislation into law that begins to hold these outlets accountable

    For example:

The top C.E.Os Will be personally fined millions of dollars for any FALSE reporting. Any false reporting learned to be done so intentionally could hold criminal prosecution to those running and profiting from the company

Any "Fake" news, intentional in its mission to mislead and misrepresent in the name of entertainment must advertise as such.

For example, if it is an article then it must contain the word "ENTERTAINMENT ONLY" as a watermark behind the article's print

    Or

For those aired in the video / television form must claim "ENTERTAINMENT ONLY" in a certain color, front, and size lettering, throughout the entire broadcast

And for those in radio format, must also be noted before during, in a normal spoken speed for all to understand that this following "report" is advertising for your entertainment and is not a fair and unbiased independent investigative report

Any punitive disciplinary must be done so in a way serious enough to protect the integrity and mission of our countries ethical reporters who shall remain under constitutional protection including all the amendments designed and drafted In ways to protect us from what we've become.

When I went to college I took a mass media course as an elective. I'll never forget the professor explained that reporters prided themselves on their independent, unbias, full investigated reporting. Anchors would not cross the the line of including their personal opinion or commentary while airing the "news"

  4. How is that "Weaponization of government" hearing with Jim "Gym" Jordan going again?
And now here we go again with general, non specific allegations.
How about giving some names, places and dates of fact instead of going with "kind of" or "I think" this or that may be happening. Because now this generic accusation is going to be looked at as fact. Yet another "gee, both sides are doing it" argument.
All of this is to avoid accountability of what is PROVEN FACT that Trump and his folks tried to do to stay in office. God forbid he and others pay the price for what they did. Not what we "think" or "kind of maybe" did. You know those things that have proof like video and aural recordings, emails and messages and MULTIPLE GUILTY PLEAS and testimony by people involved? SMH

  5. BTW, ZIED actually LIED, because Trumps language at the podium was to calm the crowd, NOT to ask, them to riot. So Zied needs to explain why The Biden Administration sent 200 FBI agents into, the crowd “dressed as Trump supporters” causing the riot.

  6. No America is NOT a "Representative Democracy" for numerous reasons not the least of which is there is no such thing as a "representative democracy" but I digress…..

America is a "Republic" not a democracy!!!!!

Our founding fathers knew the evils of your beloved democracy and purposely formed a "Republic" when forming America and the US Government!!!!! When I went to school back in the 60's they taught us this fact but somewhere along the course of time in AmeriKa they stopped teaching the truth in schools…

    Benjamin Franklin
"Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well armed lamb contesting the vote!"

    Charles & Mary Beard
"At no time, at no place, in solemn convention assembled, through no chosen agents, had the American people officially proclaimed the United States to be a democracy. The Constitution did not contain the word or any word lending countenance to it, except possibly the mention of ‘We the people,' in the preamble … When the Constitution was framed, no respectable person called himself a democrat."

    Thomas Jefferson
"The Republican is the only form of government which is not eternally at open or secret war with the rights of mankind" (letter to William Hunter, March 11, 1790)

    H.L. Mencken
"Democracy is a form of worship. It is the worship of jackals by jackasses."

    J. William Fulbright:
In a democracy, dissent is an act of faith.

    Alexander Hamilton
"We are now forming a Republican form of government. Real Liberty is not found in the extremes of democracy, but in moderate governments. If we incline too much to democracy, we shall soon shoot into a monarchy, or some other form of dictatorship."

    John F. Kennedy:
We are not afraid to entrust the American people with unpleasant facts, foreign ideas, alien philosophies, and competitive values. For a nation that is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market is a nation that is afraid of its people.

    John Simon:
Democracy encourages the majority to decide things about which the majority is ignorant.

    Thomas Jefferson:
A democracy is nothing more than mob rule, where fifty-one percent of the people may take away the rights of the other forty-nine.

    Thomas Jefferson:
Whenever the people are well-informed, they can be trusted with their own government.

    Voltaire:
So long as the people do not care to exercise their freedom, those who wish to tyrannize will do so; for tyrants are active and ardent, and will devote themselves in the name of any number of gods, religious and otherwise, to put shackles upon sleeping men.

    Seneca, a Roman from 63 B.C.
"Democracy is more cruel than wars or tyrants."

    Thomas Jefferson
"The body of the American people is substantially republican. But their virtuous feelings have been played upon by some fact with more fiction, they have been the dupes of artful maneuvers, & made for a moment to be willing instruments in forging chains for themselves."

    1928 Army training manual
“Democracy: A government of the masses. Authority derived through mass meeting or any form of ‘direct' expression. Results in mobocracy. Attitude towards laws is that the will of the majority shall regulate, whether it is based upon deliberation or governed by passion, prejudice or impulse, without restraint or regard to consequences. Results in demagoguism, license, agitation, discontent, anarchy.”

    Alexander Hamilton
"Real liberty is neither found in despotism or the extremes of democracy, but in moderate
    government."

    Elbridge Gerry
"The evils we experience flow from the excess of democracy. The people do not want virtue, but are the dupes of pretended patriots."
    Edward Dowling
"The two greatest obstacles to democracy in the United States are, first, the widespread delusion among the poor that we have a democracy, and second, the chronic terror among the rich, lest we get it."

    James Madison
"…democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security, or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths."

    Alexander Hamilton
"It has been observed that a pure democracy, if it were practicable, would be the most perfect government. Experience has proved that no position is more false than this. The ancient democracies, in which the people themselves deliberated, never possessed one feature of good government. Their very character was tyranny: their figure deformity."

    H.L. Mencken
"A good politician under democracy is quite as unthinkable as an honest burglar."

    John Adams
"Remember, democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet that did not commit suicide."

    Oscar Wilde
"Democracy means simply the bludgeoning of the people by the people for the people."

John Marshall, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court
"Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos."

    Duke of Northumberland, 1931
"The adoption of Democracy as a form of Government by all European nations is fatal to good Government, to liberty, to law and order, to respect for authority, and to religion, and must eventually produce a state of chaos from which a new world tyranny will arise."

    Thomas Babington Macaulay
“I have long been convinced that institutions purely democratic must, sooner or later, destroy liberty or civilization, or both.”

    Long live the Republic!!!

  7. Remember it was not democrats the removed Trump from the ballet. It was the 14th amendment and the constitution that is what removed Trump from the ballet. The case was started with republicans not democrats that sued the secretary of state to have trump removed from the ballet under the constitution. Maybe Jefferson Davis should of ran for president if we are a representative government he was never convicted or charged with insurrection either.

  8. Problem is Jilani, is that even if DJT was on the electoral ballot, he wouldn't accept the result if he lost. There is your 'Big Problem' then what happens January 6th all over again?
The lunatic can't be trusted and that's why he should be denied being eligible for presidency.

  9. Spin all you want, Donald VonShitzenpants cannot be on the ballot because insurrectionists can’t hold office. Even if he could run he wouldn’t get enough votes to win. It’s pointless anyway, because he’s going to spend the rest of his life in a federal prison and the MAGA movement will be a stain on US history.
