  1. DEI needs to go.
It advocates as a solution to problems but only seems to create them, or contributes to a hostile workplace / environment.
I still dont understand why there is a hiring quota for everybody but one group. It is literally discrimination disguised as social justice.
If I start a business, why is the government giving me hiring quotas? Shouldnt MY team for MY business be MY concern? The government doesnt pay them, I do…

  2. Victorian virtue signaling vs Progressive virtue signaling. Who cares? It's the new duopoly game of Victorian liberal capitalism vs Progressive liberal capitalism. The virtue signaling fight is just to distract from the fact that it's the liberal capitalism interrests that are running the whole show.

  3. Have they looked into the academic background of previous Harvard presidents? Let's be honest, if it wasn't this it would've been that. They wanted this woman gone to begin with.

  4. Harvard's hiring of an obviously unqualified leader just because she checked the most social justice boxes reminds me of someone who is only looking for black women as a running mate. When you limit your search to <1% of the applicant population how can you expect to hire anything resembling competence.

  5. I am having similar ethical discussions with my daughter who claims that she is one of the few – the very few – in her school not writing essays using AI. Those doing it are getting decent marks with no questions asked while she toils away doing it herself and resenting the system and her classmates. While I try to guide her into understanding that she is the better person for it and ultimately a better student, I am sure that as time passes more and more will take the easy way and short-cut their way through school. ChatGPT and similar tools are being misused and encourage laziness and sloppy education. I shudder to think where it will all lead.
