The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance locating missing endangered person Ivelisse Lugo. Ivelisse was last seen on October 26, 2024, at approximately 8:15 a.m. at her residence on the 5900 block of Elsinore Street. She may be in the company of her estranged husband, who owns a 2006 Chevy Express van with Pennsylvania license plate #ZRR-4023, with a cross on the rear door.
Ivelisse is 51 years old, stands 5’5″, weighs 215 pounds, and has brown eyes, and blonde hair.
