The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. A 14-year-old black male Raheem White was last seen on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at 6:45 a.m., on the 5300 block of Parkside Avenue.
He is 5′ 7″, 140 lbs., light brown complexion, black dreadlock hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing all-black clothing. He likes to frequent the area of 68th and Cobbs Creek Parkway.
