Apologies on the errors folks. In the UK the S24 and S24 Plus are Exynos. Only the S24 Ultra is Snapdragon.

For me, the performance gap between the chipset can skew towards one or the other depending on the software support or optimization. But the biggest factor for me when it comes to the two chips is that the image processing on the sd is vastly superior compared to the exynos even when they have identical sensors and that for me is a big player when it comes to a flagship phone.
And also the sd chip is proven to be super power efficient when compared to exynos in daily use shown by Techmo.
Lol this page/channel is a sell out. Don't glorify inferior products.
exynos its just bad, its even worse than snapdragon 8 gen 2 its more efficient
Then why is the Exynos priced the same as the SD?
Dumb clickbait. Downvote and unsubscribe.
What you didn't test is the battery performance using 5g. That's not good for the Exynos.
I have an S20+ with an exynos based chip. It runs hotter than the similarly equipped snapdragon equivalent. The Wi-Fi just fails for no reason. Did I mention the heat? If you happen to use your phone outdoors, (not at home) it is simply not as good.
If the exynos was any good they would have put it in the ultra
Thank you this test. This makes sense.
Professionals: uses phone more for productivity, less for media stuff, prefers smaller phones, longer battery life, hence exynos would suffice
Media professionals: Larger screen, more media consumption, hence S24 ultra with exynos. Probably have multiple power sources readily available to charge up as well.
Yes. Go watch other videos. Exynos perform worse, shorter battery life, hotter, worse camera result, and filled with bugs
I have s23 fe with exynos. I know its not the same but i get 4 hours of video play back
Sorry but I'm not convinced! I have the S24 and the battery drain is huge on cellular (on Wi-Fi it's okay).
If im paying flagship price give me the best. Or use your own exynos even on the ultra but I guess they are not confident in doing so.
Is it comparable to s23 with snapdragon 8 gen 2?
In my opinion, Samsung should focus on Exynos only to give better optimisation in terms of performance, heat and battery, it's not like Exynos is that bad as they say
I got the Exynos S9Plus and now it only last me 1/3 of the day, furthermore, it so got hot that I can't make a video call and charge simultaneously. These facts are ridiculous when you compare it to the Iphone 11 which is still very viable in 2024, never again will I buy another Exynos phone!
I bought S23 days ago because is better than exynos.
Ä°f flagship exynos chips are less efficient, I don't wanna think how bad of a inefficiency midrange exynos chips has
Bad no, but not at the level of the 8gen 3 … they should rename it to S24FE instead and cut 100bucks off
Two different chips means they are two different phones. Boycott.
What about video exporting? I mainly edit 360 and 4k videos.
Samsung, it's not ok to sell two different products in different different regions with exactly the same name, and also restrict the warranty options if I buy the model I want from another region and use it in the place I live.
I would be ok with it, if they named the phones something like: S24s and S24e, so you know what you get from the start.
Is Exynos better than Snapdragon?
NO
Would I buy an Exynos galaxy?
Yes, if the price is right
Is Exynos crap?
Definitely not. In fact it shows Samsung is commited to its chip efforts and bring more choice to consumers.
Don't they have different battery sizes?
It's so sad that almost nobody checks battery performance in stand-by mode that has a huge impact on the practical daily use.
And nailing your grandma is better than your girlfriend this guy would say.
Samsung churning out mediocre chipset for the rest of the world😊🤮
battery drain test s24ultra vs s24plus exynos vs s24plus snapdragon
over exposure IMO
I got the exynos version in Brasil and it's great. It's fast, smooth, battery life is good, it doesn't heat as much as my old Flip4. Snapdragon may be a bit better but people won't notice unless they're comparing both side by side.
Is better, but still too bad. Just take in account its modems, which are really important part of MOBILE (CELL) phone…
nope
What is this BS video.
When you buy a BMW you want this car to have BMW engine not Fiat engine.
Samsung should make S series with SD chip and FE with exynos.
My s24 plus is exynos 2400
After one month of use its so great in all things i didnt see any problem i play cod mobile 120 FBS and i i didnt see any problem . I prefer snapdragon but this Exynos 2400 is so great and different from other exynos.
