NYC Rules Don’t Apply Here! DUI Stop

#CrimeCamNow
On April 12th, 2023, a Chamblee police officer spotted a vehicle swerving all over the road, failing to use turn signals, and failing to maintain the lane.
The officer pulled the vehicle over and explained to the female driver the reason for the stop.
The driver, who was from New York, denied having anything to drink despite the erratic driving.
The officer, suspecting DUI, requested her to step out of the car for a further evaluation.
Another officer arrived to assist with the evaluation.
Throughout the interaction, the driver kept insisting that New York has different rules than Georgia, which confuses the officer.
She agreed to take a breathalyzer test. It came back with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of 0.147.This was significantly higher than the legal limit of 0.08 in Georgia. Despite the evidence, the driver continued to deny consuming any alcohol.
The officers, following protocol, asked her to participate in field sobriety exercises. She agreed, and her performance further confirmed their suspicions. As a result, she was arrested for DUI.
After being advised of her Miranda rights, she agreed to further testing at the station.A search of her vehicle revealed a gun, despite her denying having any such weapon. She was then transported to the police station for testing.
The breathalyzer test there showed a BAC of 0.126, exceeding the legal limit of 0.08.
Charged with DUI, she was subsequently transported to the Dekalb County Jail.

  1. I am from town A, but I live in town B my rental is from another place, I have a son, your rules are different, I work in the morning but i work from home, can anyone follow what the he!! is going on.

  2. Cop saying her speech is slurred was bs and the not signaling was bs everything else was correct. She was nice, respectful and cooperative. One of the nice police stop on YouTube beside the guy that own a island his was flawless. The cop arresting her why was he trying to antagonize her or assume she would try to slip the cuffs 😮

  3. So having a sugar daddy is a bragging point now? Wonder what he thinks about her clubbing in a pair of butterfly crotch pants.

  4. the officer lied and said she cant stand- she was fine. She just didnt listen to the instruction to stay until told to start. I cant stand liars.

  5. Wow she was so confident about not drinking and i really didnt hear a slur but she blews just under twice the legal limit, she can hold her liquor

  6. Plot twist: She is really from South Carolina and may have visited New York once or twice (not likely), AND her "accent" is fake. 🤷🏾‍♂️

  7. It always amazes me how once arrested for a DUI young adults say I have to be at work in the morning why is it that there responsible enough to hold down a job but not responsible to know that Drinking & Driving is wrong & illegal in a world where you can get a ride to & from by a click of a button !
