This Twin Turbo Genesis G90 ran through the auction for over a month. The selling dealer claimed it had a bad engine problem, and it needed an entire new engine. I took a gamble at a 50% discount and got super lucky…

You need some ratcheting wrenches.
I thought I was the only tech to use hockey pucks! Awesome
16:40 bentley has night vision that is amazing technology
Please hire a real personal trainer lol
I bought a 2010 Lexus LS460L from your area in FL. Dealer serviced from new w/82K. It has been a money pit w/only 92K now! It has been the worst car I have ever owned! My dealer tech here in NC said the last great Lexus was the 2006 LS430!
That intake ingested a lot of that silt from the foam insulation. ðŸ‘ðŸ¼ðŸ˜‚ May as well replace the injectors while you’re there.
Nice win, Sam!
Please correct me if i'm wrong but doesn't that car have a 10 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty?
I've had 3 Genesis' 13 V6 13 5.0 and I currently have a 15 5.0 with 420 horse power I've had 7 years 104k miles no major issues. It eats rear tires but other than that basic oil chsnges and maintenance. I love mine but I can't afford the new one.
At a car yard I worked at years ago we purchased, from another yard, a four year old Mitsubishi Triton Utility which blew bucket loads of blue smoke. We were prepared to do a rebuild to fix it, but it turned out to be a PCV worth $29. Problem solved and we paid so very little for it.
Wouldn’t that dealer scan that car and just charge the same sensor out? Was this purchase really 50% off or just clickbait?
They make a oil pressure sensor socket exactly for this 😂😂 if you were a real mechanic you would know that
Sam being Sam…oil pressure light comes on, let's send it. Just as Stepmom, when rubbers aren't available.
Hyundai fooled me once. Never again.
engineers are a mechanics worst enemy
Amazed it didn't need a new engine
Or get a ratcheting wrench.
Part number – BJAG310197
Ez avoidance for injector breaking
Works for a ton of injectors. Most bosch with a lip like this.
Being an owner of a 2018 Stinger GT, I can say changing those spark plugs actually is not too bad with a few wobble extensions and ball swivels you can get to number 5 without too much fuss.
sensors do wear out. check oil level before driving. be cool if it had awd.
Let me know if you do a give away on this ðŸ™ðŸ»
Brilliant design. FT
Before placing the fuel injectors back, did you need to change the teflon oring on the injectors?
Should have used a ratcheting wrench
