5. That is going to be a sweet camping rig when you are finished! It's going to have that "TINY HOUSE VIBE" to it, the only thing you need now is a compost toilet and you will be done!

If you go to home depot you can buy a product thats latex but it's tough like rhino liner .It's a liquid roof membrane that you roll ,spray or squeegee onto the surface .it comes in a couple colours but you can add latex tinting to it and you can change the colour. Much cheaper!! Called Liqiud Rubber RV roof coating. 4.8kg one gallon is 100$. once you get it outside the glare of wet spots will be less revealing.

7. rhino lined is not cheap, vinyl wrapped is even less permanent and not cheap. If you're going to vinyl wrap why not DYC and plasti dip? removable and inexpensive when you move on to the next stage and stop hitting tree branches.. lol

15. Just get some thin sheets of diamond plate and screw it on.

16. Next time use panel bond with countersunk head rivets. By the time you Raptor Line it, you won't see the rivets.

17. if you have wobbles in sheat metal, you can shrink the "non welded" parts of the sheet metal with a oxy torch. It is a old timer trick but works out pretty good.

In 8:16 to 8:40👋 You said the metal has been heated and expanded then cooled down and then contracted causing the wobbly panels!🤔 Well you just explained on how to fix it with heat and cooling before paint with something like dry ice and a torch or After paint with a heat gun and by spraying upside down of the liquid out of a canned air too cool it down and contracting the metal in the high and low parts of the metal with a straight edge against the metal Sheet panels. Thus fixing the wobbly panels.🤷‍♂️👍🌎✌

19. Hi. Paint your truck a light color and your wobbles will be much less noticeable. Will be much cooler too.

20. You could always buy an old semi trailer & use the panels from that. Would be a lot of drilling out rivets, but would get you 2 lengths of 50' walls of good material for a few grand.

21. Look at any modern navy ship. Loads of "wobberlies" where the panels. Now i would paint it to match that navy ship look and hide it in plain sight!

22. I saw a Tesla truck on the road. Apart from being even uglier in person, it also had noticeable wobbles in its panels.

27. I wonder if bead rolling all of the panels before you burned them in would help with the wobble. You should name it Wobbles.

    This can get tough.
    If raptorliner is available in other colors, I suggest using white on the top.
    This is lots better temperature wise. Otherwise your AC (if any) has got a hell of a job to do.

31. That misting trick you were talking about is what I have always used to get the perfect satin paint job out of a can of Rustoleum gloss black. Best part is, it's on my grille and last longer than roll bar paint 😂

32. what they use these days on cars is panel bond ,it does the same job as welding and seals the panels too

33. You can avoid uneven sides by putting it together when it's really hot, so you assemble it at max temp it will ever see, like they do with railways.
