Katman, you need one of the older broadcast style cameras.
When I lived in a big city, the four local news outfits started cutting back on field reporting crews from three or four people to either a camera person and one face puppet or just the face puppet.
Stations that showed up with the three or four person reporting crew never got run off, the stations that had a single reporter streaming back to the station got run off from most crime scenes. Bigger is better.
