  4. I think they have a good intention, just not with this exact situation. Don't drink and drive. Simple. U do it,.ur risking not only urself but other innocent people. But I do get that cops sometimes impose and are careless about others rights. Not to say that's all cops, because there are obviously AMAZING cops.

  7. I'm no big fan of random dui road checks….on the other hand I knew a girl that was hit head on by a drunk driver that left her with permanent scars across her face….she FULLY supports road checks…Go figure.

I imagine if you do not comply they threaten you with arrest and then when you continue to not comply and tell them you want an attorney for all questioning and you refuse their tests, in the end, you will get your driver's license revoked for like 6 months or a year. Police always find a way to harm you as much as they can if you do not lick their boots.

  14. why is it a shame that people comply with a DUI check point ? a lot of people are killed by drunken drivers I guess that is okay.. I understand the constitution I love my country and sometimes our rights are violated by men and women of law.. the whole point in this is is to try and get drunken drivers off the roads so it's is safer for the rest of us so why give them a hard time unless you are the drunk driver and that's why you are so against a DUI checkpoint…

  15. It’s sad that it has resorted to these stops, to find people who are still drinking and driving after so much education in the public forum. My friend was killed walking on a sidewalk by a drunk driver, so I understand this has turned into a necessary evil since drunks won’t stop driving while they are intoxicated. LOVE YOUR VIDEOS KATMANN!!! BE SAFE!!! 🙏

  18. Once they have determined you've been drinking do not comply. Period. Do not do the DUI walk / dance. The only thing that walk/dance is doing is gathering more evidence. Don't do it. I couldn't do the DUI walk dance sober. And they know that.

  21. That's a huge part of the problem with cops, the judges are automatically on their side so they feel they can do no wrong. The judges ( on many different levels) have let WE THE PEOPLE down. By passing and then enforcing these unconstitutional laws, our rights(for our safety) are being taken away, and in so doing they(the judges and all government officials) have committed treason.

  34. Police checkpoints are illegal, whenever a police officer does a stop, they must articulate why, you did something wrong, to warrant the stop and detainment. Their illegally herding, citizens, without cause and making a lot of money, dui, warrants, motor vehicle defects, you name it, its all about money. As officer state, they don't care about your rights, they have developed a lot of tactics to harass and scare, so you will comply. Surprised Child Protective Services, is not involved at these checkpoints.

  37. Cops killed 1089 ppl ( justified or not) last year. DRUNK DRIVERS killed 38,364 last year. Think about it.
    LASTLY, have you had a LOVED ONE killed by a DUI?

  38. Auditor, I'm guessing you've never had someone you know or a LOVED ONE killed by a drunk driver? I don't get why you are so against cops going after D.DRIVERS?
