I know a guy who was sitting in his car talking to a friend in front of his own house about 20 years ago cops rolled up roughed him up for him not IDing (he was the passenger) then arrested him for disorderly conduct.I told him a couple days before you better shave that go-T before the cops kick your ass thinking you're a voto loco.Oh the irony I know lol.This guy made real good money so he got a lawyer and sued the shit out of them.I'm sure the the cops have not changed in Compton everyone is considered an enemy combatant!

6. cop stops someone in their neighborhood. someone gets too close.Cops get scared and this is what that looks like.They always say if you ant doing nuffin wrong then you got nothing to be afraid of while the concern for officer safety is alarming.
