  1. The Sgt at the end of the video said the driver wouldn't roll down his window. However, you can clearly see at the beginning of the video the police reaching into the drivers car through a rolled down window.

  2. If you ain’t drinking, then you have nothing to worry about bitches, stop complaining!

  3. They do this for the overtime.. They make up charges.. They can only detain you for 15 minutes if they cannot figure out your drunk or under the influence they should be fired.. The just milking the clock for the overtime. This is a legal detainment. That's why they give out a unwritten . Warning.. No . Recorded record.. This is abuse of . Authority.

  4. Heartening to hear the righteous rage of the community. Sad to say this will continue till we have major rioting and a new administration in the white house with a real justice department.

  5. Do you ( Onus guy) have a problem with drunk drivers getting caught? And don't give me any shit about their rights. Drunk drivers shouldn't be on the road!

  6. A friend of mine got stopped and ticketed for "crossing the double yellow line". In rural Maryland, he and a friend were driving when the saw a DUI checkpoint sign. In order to avoid waiting in line they turned onto a unpaved back road. A little up the road was an unmarked cruiser that started following them until they got back onto a public road, in which the cop immediately pulled them over, held them up, and searched their car for over two hours. These checkpoints are a violation of our rights. If a cop sees someone driving in an improper manner, they can certainly pull that car over for suspicion of driving under the influence, but forcing everyone to wait in line to be checked for drunk driving, while the majority of the time handing out tickets for other offenses is offense to our right to travel freely

  7. It's time we THE PEOPLE change this. We need to hold these EMPLOYEES accountable, folks. We need to look no further than their Code of Ethics, and The Constitution, and call them out on it.

  8. these check points are to be random every third vehicle and there should be allowed to take a cut off street with no interface

  9. Good angle of their abuse, blinding the poor guy from both sides with high lumen settings.
As to the shooting…we all already know that cops would much prefer to safely extort citizens for the most bogus of reasons, rather then risk their petty, corrupt skins actually serving the public.
As to the DUI FST, they are the most arbitrary tools of the police, and cannot definitively prove that one is drunk or not. This far exceeds reasonable detainment, even more so for no crime. This is armed imprisonment and harassment.
