2. Be careful guys, I'm getting a bad vibe that they may be pushing different tactics. If the cops can keep you out of earshot and wind the victims up that you are the bad guys, you'll be seeing more and more of these types of post-cop encounters.
   Suggest you do more to explain your motives without the camera on then ask for an on camera statement. May also want to write up a simple summary of what your doing to try and give people who don't want to talk to you.
   I'm sure the cops would love to have one of these people assault you and wonder how much they'd help them get away with it.

4. Once again a police officer will allow multiple people without video cameras to walk by and within inches of them.  However, when a person with a video camera stands 40 feet away the cops freak out and order me to leave.
