Cool cop
Natural reaction is to pull away, so the dog is ripping skin
Goon cops
The dog can only pick up as high as his nose can reach.
Water is the greatest tool to get a dog to release his bite. Yet nobody uses it. If a dog bites something and doesn't let go poor water in the dogs face and it will let go immediately Guaranteed 100% effective.
Wow! What a cool cop. Need more like him out there. Great work guys.
Dogs are good for false alerts, and being treated in hospital for severe bites. A cop's best friend.
decent cop or so it seems
Well that was a rather cool conversation. I guarantee you one thing though: If the perp didn't throw his hands up; that dog would instinctively go for the throat because that's what dogs do. And I don't believe that bit about the tears in the wounds coming from the perp jerking his arm back. To some extent maybe, but for the most part it comes from the dog thrashing about; like again, they do instinctively. Ruger is a very cool name for a police dog!!!
Wow is zebra cool with a cop? Officer acted like a regular person ðŸ‘Â
This is the the type of disposition from LEOs that goes the furthest toward planting seeds of trust in the minds and hearts of citizens. Here, I saw in this LEOs words and actions, professionalism, humanity, humor and apparent commitment to his work and those he serves. I'd like to see more of him, if possible. It really shows what is possible when people nurture a sense of mutual respect and concern for one another. I thought this was a nice quality vid and I'd even say one of the best overall that I've seen in awhile. It appealed to me particularly because I've personally seen way to many vids showing the more unappealing side, and, I have LEO relatives with outstanding reputations. I struggle with this issue since I personally see with my own eyes LEOs Every single displaying less than proper attitudes. Thank Katman and DS, you never disappoint.
cop was cool too !
need to use K9 cats instead ! meow !
killer vid on many levels that are apparent. disagree about the dog. seen too many twist their jaws like a shark or a gator. def. take him up on that training opportunity Dan, I would love to see that. thumbs up, guys.
bull shit the dog bites and shakes, just doesnt hold
OK PIGS if you watching this and reading my comment. Is it difficult to interact with the public like this POLICE OFFICER. is it that fucking hard I don't think so. and It's coming from a guy who hates cops and had really bad experience with them
Dogs are ok in search and rescue operations. The way we allow police to use them is indicative of the type of species we are, violent, tribal, fearful. Too much so.
At 2:41 Officer Martin is guilty of battery upon Daniel Saulmon.

Dogs are a poor excuse for the cops to violate your 4th amendment. Dogs have been proven to be ineffective aside of allowing cops to perform an illegal search. Most of these dogs are nothing more than house pets.
