21. My feeling. To me it appears the people that live in that area want, accept, promote this activity. I couldn't care less if the police stop the activity or continue to look the other way as I do not "hang out' in Compton. I kind of like the idea of the new modified exhaust law. This "do not care until it affects me mindset" is pretty normal. The loud exhausts do affect me so I support the enforcement of that law.

43. I used to love doing this in my 68 RS Camaro with the 351 Cleveland in it back in the 80's, Ventura Cruise sometimes and Compton at others……There was another place in San Diego can't remember the name though.
