After watching far too many of these videos I have come to understand that when confronted and cuffed when committing an obvious crime that repeatedly saying “What’d I do officer?” translates literally to “Just how many and what crimes that I committed are you aware of officer? I need to know exactly which ones I should admit to”.

35. I almost laughed when he shouted BEHIND YOUR BACK as if he was having a tantrum. Granted, anyone could be armed, but that was when his camouflage started to fade as that wasn't very British of him. He kept changing his sound. So, initially, he sounded like just your average English-Dutch-South African-American policeman with a personality disorder. His accent got better over time, but his American or Euro twang kept creeping in when he spoke faster

46. Sounds like he moved here while he was a kid and have spent many years here losing his accent. So it is hard to tell exactly where in the UK he is from. He almost has a British South African accent.
