Arrest of Police Impersonator Jefrey Scott Schultz

“Dude, I’m a POST certified peace officer. I’ve saved lives!”

On March 9, 2017 Jefrey Scott Schultz was arrested on the felony charge of impersonating a police officer and the misdemeanor charge of unlawfully passing a parked school bus.

Incredibly, Schultz asked for “courtesy” even as he was being arrested for impersonating a police officer. The incident which got the ball rolling on his arrest? A request for “courtesy” during a traffic stop.

On December 5, 2018 Jefrey Scott Schultz reached a plea deal. He entered a guilty plea to the charge of unlawfully passing a school bus and prosecution was declined on the felony impersonation charge —- provided that Schultz successfully complete 80 hours of community service, pay a $500 fine, and serve 12 months probation.

  1. I'm totally against impersonating military and police, but man these cops eat this stuff up. They're hungry to get these guys.

  2. Is impersonating someone who impersonates a police officer against the law? Seems like there are a lot Jeremy Dewitt imitators out there these days.

  3. Schultz is now suing the officer (the real one) that arrested him, saying the cop ruined his reputation and his business. He was interviewed by channel 2 local news and had this to say:

“The truth needs to be out there as to what took place and it’s wrong to abuse your authority in your job to intentionally try to hurt someone,”.

So he is a complete p.o.s. to the very core.

  4. 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂

  5. I am the only one who thinks even real cops shouldn't be speeding by school buses, then demanding courtesy?

  6. Why didn’t they give him a courtesy ? What is a courtesy? That man is a State certified agent , SARGENT ! (Follow up – this man had completed the State certified trainer for Metro State , and is now known only as “Motor Six”

  7. He asks if they can adjust the cuffs asking if he thought he was gonna hurt the cop and the cop says no he's making sure that doesn't happen 😂

  8. I am not saying anything positive about this Schultz guy but is he getting arrested for saying he was a certified peace officer and receiving no benefits from it? In my opinion this arresting officer is an over zealous typical cop who always has to win. I mean Schultz has been fired multiple times and obviously is a loser so why does the sheriff deputy go out of his way to kick a guy while he is down? Unless there is more to the story that I don't know about I think the sheriff deputy is a jerk.

  9. When he said “you don’t got to worry about that ticket” …
Bet the fake cop was like “oh cool” in his head for 2 seconds before the Deputy said warrant

  10. officer Lowe is the man! Very professional. I love that he took the time to personally thank the officers backing him up. I love the fact he loves his job enough to worry about someone filing a complaint on him. Respect to him.

  11. I don't understand.. Why not just take the ticket and move on why he has to talk a lot and get himself into this much trouble?

  12. “I haven’t lost a job. I’m very Employed, so….”

Something nobody that is employed would say

  13. Everyone commenting under this video is so unbelievably dumb that I have great concern for the future of society.

This is not a police impersonator. This is a former police officer who was trying to use it to get out of a ticket.

    End of story.

P.s. He'll prove that in court and it will either get thrown out, or dropped to a misdemeanor with a small fine and maybe some community service.
