28. FAIL! Right now YouTube teen, man, woman, suspect, steals or takes cop car for a joyride and count how many times the officers chose to shoot/killed the citizen. The officer should have made the shot for the citizens legs immediately upon realizing the taser had no effect. Officers are trained to remain calm under a variable of circumstances, this officer failed and clearly stated as he was swearing to his commanding officer, “I wasn’t gonna let him take my f¥(king car!” Uhhh no, he should have said with the same moxie, i had to stop a threat from endangering the public. Instead the officer was more concerned about looking like an idiot to his fellow officers he even said so, “I feel like such an idiot”. The officer shot for selfish reasons, not in response to the threat.
