I take it a 0.39 is high reading? Different to U.K. readings
It is called having a problem and other co workers or blue officers trying to help by minimizing the offense. Happens all the time
I have been cuffed more times than I would like to remember and something about it, for me is like taking a piece of my soul away! The fact that you willingly let another person handcuff your hands behind your back is such defeat!
Wow kudos to these arresting officers who weren’t biased or corrupt. So professional.
no no , yeah I no
Bro just pissed his entire career away,I'm sure he won't be able to get a job as security anywhere..
C.H.P officer's had a big party I catered to back in 06 all left the party hammered and I bet they do it all the time….,💯
What did the officer say at the end?
How is he still working with seizures? You can’t drive. You can’t have a drivers license with seizures.
And then to blow a .391?? 4x the legal limit? He’s lucky he’s alive.
Are there follow ups on these vids?
I love the demeanor of the officer who was closest to him at the scene and in the station with him. Calm and a very nice voice. Swedish police could learn a lot from the US forces – both in regards of the whole organization and the behavior towards other people.
It takes a good man to do what this cop done here. A great example to us all what a real man is. He was well brought up.
First the man takes the drink then the drink takes the man.
I'm sorry mr.officer…sir..
The handcuffs weren't made for comfort.,
REMEMBERRR…
He has seizures every 2-3 months. He is under medical care. In CA you have to be seizure free for 1 year to get the privilege of even driving. How could he even be allowed to be driving a police car??
It's never too late.
I took my last drink in my early 60's and the last 18 years have been the best ever.
Don’t worry officers, his mom is on her way. 😂
2022 year of DUI arrests lol
wow .. probly should of called in sick today ….
He was driving around with a empty beer can in his center console for awhile, and his fellow officers never noticed it, how is that possible? Maybe they all do that in his department.
He’s a drunk liar. Why all the undeserved courtesies? Why no breath test until an hour later? Giving him time to sober up? So much for justice for all.
I live in Pa. They got a Pa state trooper DUI about a month ago while on duty
"Do you need EMS?"
Yes, I don't know what's happening to me but I feel like I have been drugged somehow or another. I have not taken any substances or drank any alcohol I need help.
That's as easy as it could have been for him to get off scott free.
What’s with the ems tech ?
These cops know this guy just lost his career etc.
That boy almost passed out on that gurney lol
