1. That chase should have been ended while in the neighborhood. Countless people could have been injured or killed once out on the main roads. The K9 SUV should have rammed him from the side.

15. The boy and this video at the time was only 15 years old he was in high school with my son…. And this video you can see the cops stomping on his face and the news channels and all the media have removed the aftermath of what they did to this young man's face
