On January 5, 2023, An Officer was on routine patrol when he observed a Porsche Carrera pulled into a Starbucks parking lot and hit a curb in Brookhaven, Georgia.
The officer stopped to investigate. While talking to the driver, the officer noticed his glossy eyes, slurred speech and felt a strong odor of intoxicants.
Officers asked if he had anything to drink, the driver said his tooth was removed, it hurt and he needed to call his lawyer.
He was charged with DUI and driving while his license was suspended or revoked. Transported and booked into DeKalb county jail.
