Speaking of supplements taking effect: I used to be heavily into BJJ and was once at a fitness expo. I was talking to a friend who worked for a supplement company, after I just had ingested a 12 oz. bottle of Redline. I didn't know it, but I was talking really fast, my pupils were pinpoint. I could have probably powered all of Chicago for a week. Now, keep in mind, I am about 5'5 and around 125 lbs. And my metabolism is so quick, that I look at a picture of a cookie and it metabolizes. So, he looks at me and asks, "Uh Chad…how much of that Redline did you drink?" I say, "All of it…why?" He looks at me, and says, "Uh, you're only supposed to drink half of it…and someone your size, only half of that…come here" He starts taking my pulse (he was also an EMT) and he clocked me at almost 100. Man, I couldn't sleep that night…but when I crashed, I CRASHED…

now that I am home from work I can watch the rest of it….yes Dave smule is great, it is a music site that allows you to sign with your favorite singer and yes yes yes there are so many that are so awful that it is sometimes painful to listen but they are having the time of their life and on the flip side there are people who are so good, almost better then the singer they are doing the song with.

Just wondering how you guys in the states feel about wearing police related apparel when off duty in the current anti-police or more higher risk climate.
I get the feeling even here in Australia as a LEO its somewhat frowned upon for us, just incase you get jumped by a bad guy or somebody follows you home etc.
What are your thoughts and feelings on this kind of thing??
Are we just being over cautious or just making safe decisions?
