8. I haven't driven a car in 12 years,
   and don't miss it. Way too many people under the influence of, god knows what, driving. Just make insurance premiums higher for the non DUI/DWI drivers.

    When are ppl who want to Drink & Drive going to stop using the 2 Beers/Drinks LIE?! 2 is NOT the Right #! When you say 2, you might as well multiply that 2 by 2, 3 or 10 to get to the Truth of how many Drinks you've had prior to Driving, bc that's exactly what the Cop is doing (Now if you really only had 2, I feel bad bc Drunk Drivers have used the 2 Beers/Drinks so often that it's ruined it for anyone who really only had 2)… So if your mind is telling you to say "2", when you didn't, you might as well just call it & say "Take me Drunk, I'm Jail", bc you're DEFINITELY NOT going Home.

23. Fun fact . I think Sobriety test are not to prove your drunk. They have breathalizers and they even draw blood in some case's. Sure they will be used aginst you in a court of law but I think they are to sober you up be for you go off to jail. Cops hate trying to book a drunk.

I dont know about these sobrietry tests in the US here in Australia they just do the breathtest if you are over .05 you are arrested and taken for further tests.If you are a young driver your limit is 0.Also here police set up random breathtest locations where everyone going along a road are pulled over and tested for alcohol and drug use no matter how they are driving. There is a show called RBT where they film people going through the process.
