@Cops&Cons obtained helicopter and body camera footage of an incident of Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office pilot assisting with a fire. While the helicopter was flown near the surface of the Rio Grande River to fill a Bambi Bucket with water, 45-year-old Cameron Agee approached the helicopter with what appeared to be a crowbar in a threatening manner as if he was going to throw it at the aircraft. If he had thrown the object, it could cause catastrophic failure disabling the helicopter and injuring the crew. The pilot immediately maneuvered the helicopter to avoid being struck by the object

This is who is supposed to protect and serve us. There wasn’t a chance that the crowbar would touch the helicopter.
This is sad, he was arrested for being homeless.
Unbelievable that the police pilot called in this guy for ranting and raving at his helicopter. Even more unbelievable that they sent a team out there to talk to him. The most unbelievable thing is that they arrested him for assaulting an officer. What the hell is going on with BCSO?
Cops are trash, bothering some homeless guy for "threatening to throw a crowbar at a helicopter" has to be the dumbest thing ever. They wasted all these people's time (not to mention the countless amount of extorted tax dollars) on this nonsense. It's obvious that these badge wearing NPCs are just mindless "order followers" who will do whatever they're told while thinking they accept no moral culpability for their actions. It's like they don't even know that they only exist to generate revenue for the criminals in government through extortion and to perpetuate a state of duress where citizens fear the repercussions of completely moral and acceptable things like refusing to pay unconstitutional taxes or deciding to drive without a seatbelt. It's absurd.
How come the officers arrested him without serving the arrested warrant?
This is a little bs.
This is one of those contempt of pig charges. The pilot got his feelings hurt and decided to show this homeless man who’s boss. And he does so at the cost of us, the taxpayers. What do these cops, judges, city attorneys care? It’s no sweat off their backs! If these bogus charges get dismissed, we still have to pay the bills. Gotta love that qualified immunity! 🤮
Unbelievable BS & totally corrupt Cops & justice SYSTEM, SLOW DAY NEED SCREW WE THE PPLE !!
TAXPAYERS MONEY FOR Nothing !! ( How many cops ) Discussing!
Soon All corrupt cops & justice System that are not Oath & constitution & protect We the PEOPLE
ARE GOING DOWN !! JUSTICE is Coming
really? he thought he was going to throw a crowbar and hit the aircraft? cop has something against the homeless…. leave him alone
Birds can fly
Crows are birds
Therefore crowbar can fly
Logic
Any reasonable helicopter pilot would just laugh and go on with his life…
That's BS…THEY BORED AS HELL
Obviously retaliatory behavior on behalf of the police because the pilot overreacted and tattled. 10 days later homeless guy becomes the official scapegoat to save everyone's egos. Pathetic. Hope he walks and is compensated for the time… Next up, kindergarten gets swatted because kids make finger guns at a passing police helicopter and say 'pewpew' – it will be called an anti-police hate crime…Could happen, same logic!
I agree with the homeless man
Don’t get this one at all. So he raised a crowbar overreach did he throw it at the helicopter and please how far in the air can a crowbar go up in the air. It these helicopter was that low over people than he was the one risking there lives. This was silly.
That helicopter was so high it. He won’t be able reach the helicopter at all idk why it’s bothering them.
why are heli comms so damn aids? just turn it down
the pilot must play fortnite and maybe thought he was gonna use his kamikahn on him… lol
like this guys life didnt suck enough that the state has to screw with him for holding a crowbar in the air… How do they know he wasnt signaling to say hi… So stupid what a waste of tax money.
If i was the helicopter driver i would have just let it slip.
Many homeless people have mental health issues and impulsively do things.
This one is a bunch of crap
These cops were great! Kind professional and calm. I think they even showed him some compassion and patience
