Cops should know better…… regardless of what the guy was doing before. Does not look good throwing a crippled guy to the ground. All it takes is one DA, mayor, governor to speak out against this. Those cops better hope those people have their backs.
"Can I axe you?"
IS THAT A THREAT?!
I'm willing to bet Ole Clifford is paralyzed from being shot….ANY BETS??
he couldnt fucking help him lmao he wasnt gonna pick him up and carry him he was gonna drag him
He can't get out of the car even though he got out of the car just fine, just like he got in the car just fine. Anyone with common sense can see the BS here.
how was he driving????????????????????????????????
Their "Ill assest you." Sounded more like "I dont beleive you and were going to pull you out of the car, if you dont stand up to walk out of the car." Because they kept asking him to step out, only when hed say he cant would they say "if you cant step out of the car then we'll assest you."
I would've asked for a supervisor aswell or something I wouldnt have just crawled out cause it sounded like they were on bs to me aswell. Not saying anyone here is right or wrong just that it seemed aggresive to me too and I guess I also wouldve been dragged from my car.
Paraplegic my ass; if he was paraplegic he would no be able to drive; he would have no use of his legs. In addition he is not in a handicap van that is set up for complete hand operation of braking and gas pedal use all by hand levers. This ignorant idiot would have been better off pulling the I Can't breathe excuse.
Who is this benefiting? Police are scum. If they actually had a passion for cleaning up drugs from the streets they'd become politicians or lobbyists to come up with new legislation to deal with the epidemic.
Mike think about this, Clifford left what the police said was a known drug house … is that a crime? The 4th amendment protects us from unwarranted searches and seizures. Whether or not the government said that the police have the right to stop someone for whatever reason, the constitution (that they took an oath to defend) says they can not search someone, or their property, without probable cause to suspect that a crime was committed. As evidence that no crime was committed the only thing they found was money… is cash now illegal?
I just entirely disagree with the thought process behind how what the officers did was okay. I mean, I totally agree that someone can be an arsehole to an officer and yeah that's not amazing, but the reaction from the officer was just overblown. Like seriously, did that situation warrant grabbing the lad by the hair and tossing him onto the ground? I believe that being an arsehole or rude doesn't warrant being grappled in that manner. US police have shown time and time again that they are absolutely shite at communication/deescalating and, to me, this is yet another interaction that falls into that category. This situation feels like it could've ended in a way more civil manner, AND YES, the guy wasn't being too cooperative but he's not an officer he isn't the one who's currently getting paid to maintain the order. It felt like more communication and time could've been spent communicating with him was required before resorting to physically pulling him from the truck (in a manner that could've been more ideal and less violent). I understand that most of you might disagree, and what points I heard from the video didn't particularly sway me, so please inform me of your opinion/perspective rather than insult or belittle me for having a different opinion on the matter. A constructive back and fore seems more productive in comparison to a petty insulting contest which I'm sure no one's particularly interested in. I'll be civil if you are!
All other videos paint a different picture
But why pull his hair ad handcuffs? It’s not like he’s going to run away
What a lovely African American.
I’m so glad you did a video on this upstanding citizen! The Officers literally offered at least 6 times to help him. Anyone defending Clifford is barking mad!
"Some body help! I was only being an asshole to the cops and refusing to get out of the car while resisting arrest"
Should never allow suspect to call for backups
You are about to be a quadriplegic if you don't stop resisting dummy! 🤣🤣
whats up with the double audio
Is he really a paraplegic cause it looked like he was moving his legs??
Disrespecting police is NOT a good idea!
Either way he asked for supervisor you
