Serial Police Impersonator: Jail Calls #2 & #3

On September 7, 2019 Jeremy Charles Dewitte was arrested by officers of the Windermere Police Department on charges of resisting an officer without violence, falsely personating an officer, and reckless driving. He was also cited for passing within an occupied lane and “passing on a double solid line.”

After his arrest, Dewitte made a number of phone calls from jail, all of which were recorded. This video – the second in its series – presents two of those calls. The first call presented is Call #2, to Jeremy’s attorney Amir Ladan. I am not certain who the recipient is of Call #3, but their voice sounds a lot like Steven Negron.

Note, in Call #3, the mention of an escort to “Sweet 22.” The location they are referring to is a nightclub — not a funeral.

As previously, all channel supporters on Patreon will be getting access to the next installment of jail calls later today.

Lastly, an update regarding this case [that was timely a week ago when this went live on Patreon]: On April 21, 2020 Amir Ladan filed a motion to continue in the felony case associated with Dewitte’s 9/7/19 arrest. Continuances are nothing out of the ordinary and they are rarely opposed. Ladan’s motion was granted, and Jeremy’s trial in this particular case is now scheduled to begin September 14, 2020, with a pre-trial conference on September 1, 2020.

  1. So there’s no confusion here: I have looked into Jeremy’s claims about Sgt. DeStefano. The Windermere Police Department has looked into Jeremy’s claims about Sgt. DeStefano. Unless many unrelated people are conspiring against Jeremy on this [hint: they are not], there is no evidence to indicate that Jeremy’s claims are reality-based.

I have a copy of every complaint ever filed by Jeremy. Including the complaints he bizarrely filed using a fake name. (Like, someone else entirely. Not a misspelling.) There are plenty, and none are about DeStefano. I spoke with DeStefano’s now-retired former supervisor who has no skin in this. None of what Jeremy claims happened actually happened in the reality you live in.

Jeremy: If you believe that is incorrect, you are invited to submit any evidence other than your own statements in support of your claims. You know how to reach me. (I’m still waiting for those exonerating videos you told me you’d send back in January.)

    ✌️

  2. Retired Internal Affairs here: this was indeed police harassment. Why was the wife handcuffed? Why was he handcuffed and placed in the cruiser? 2:30 minutes in and the officer was still covering his tracks to the wife. This is clear police harassment. To put it in perspective, this driver and passenger were treated as if they were Driving While Black. This stop MAY have been due to a traffic infraction but it was a SHOW OF POWER under color of law. All this for a turn on red violation? This is not in accordance with policy or training. If IA was fair, they would have sustained the complaint in this case.
Sorry if my impartiality upsets some of you- I’m not a fan of the complainant. I call it as I see it. This stop was stinky.

  3. WAIT!!!! He said in another video the radar head on the bike was left because it was too difficult to disconnect but would not come on. However in the video it appears on. Did he lie?

  4. This sociopath is not going to stop. Sociopaths can’t stop! He needs to be imprisoned for impersonating a police officer as a convicted sex offender. I’m a court psychiatrist.

  5. Jeremy is definitely a fruit loop and abusing the little authority he had. But also the one sergeant that kept arresting him had also started the same type of business Jeremy had he was his only competition. Jery had been doing it for almost 10 years the same way. Homie had 20+ vehicles his business was booming. Sergeant saw he could do the same and eliminated his competition. He had always been allowd to do everything he did up until that sergeant started messing with him and Jeremy cant help himself even if he could. He was too easy to make look like a fool

  6. If he’s not acting like a police officer why does he call his men “officers” haha

  7. Why does he keep referring to himself and his employees as “OFFICERS” and “units” this guy is such a loser douche bag. He’s a spazz! He reminds me of a child playing dress up
Who gets put in time out.

  8. You guys please stop targeting Jeremy. When he won his first 11 superbowls as the starting backup first string quarter back of "pretty much any team that had more than 10 wins in a season" he hit his head really bad and hasn't been the same since. The other guy didn't make it.

  9. For real if the lawyer you pay is annoyed with you then you have clearly done something very wrong lol

  10. He’s not impersonating a police officers but he calls his employees "officers" what a tool. He’s more than a tool, he’s the whole damned hardware store

  11. Duh jeremy, you got arrested for impersonating. What's the big deal? You know you impersonate. So what do u expect? This is what the cops do, arrest criminals and you are one. Stop impersonating and you'll stop getting arrested, simple as that.

  12. Cant wait for Jeremy to get through all of this so he can start his next journey, all documented on video, for us 🙂

  13. Oh joy it is Officer J. C. DEWITTE of Halfwit County P. D.
Really this guy is a lunatic who should be instutionalised and studied, hell maybe the Psychiatrists would let him impersonate them 😂, would you concur Dr. Dewitte 😂 😂

  14. he should be calling Hollywood to sell all his fake police looking cars, trucks, and bikes. I'm sure they would work fine for a 1980's style cops and robber car chase movie.

  15. Murderer: I’ve been murdering people for 10 years the very same way I murdered the guy yesterday and I got arrested for it !!

  16. The lawyer sounds like he doesn't want to talk with Jeremy. The lawyer paused for a moment. He was probably thinking "Dammit I don't want to talk to this asshole."
