While out in Jamaica Queens, I noticed an NYPD Vehicle with its torrent lights blarring and going fast, so when I decided to look into it, I noticed that these officers were not responding to a call, but abusing their power to rip through traffic by unnecessarily blaring their emergency torrent lights to rush to get food at the Jamaica Market…FIRST OF ALL, This is a unassigned meal break, they are ROBBING the City of New York and at the same time they are endangering the security and safety of the People they are supposed to Protect and serve…CPU was advised that this is a spot where officers go to meet up and hang out on our dollar…..The Deputy Inspector of the 103Pct has no control over his officers and should be relieved of his Command as Commanding Officer
