The NYPD are not adhering to Federal Laws when they target innocent motorists without Propable Cause in harlem, each & everyone of them are of People Of Color, never issues a summons, never arrested…Why do these officers pull these cars over when they are not in violation of any traffic laws? Why when CPU Records these undocumented carstops they come out clean? Why do these officers don’t follow new regulations regarding carstops, or any stops for that matter and not give them a buisness card with Name, Shield# and Command? It’s because these car stops are not called into dispatch, which means these stops are undocumented by the NYPD because they are unlawful, and had no propable cause..YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ALLOW THESE OFFICERS ACCESS TO YOUR VEHICLE WITHOUT CONSENT, UNLESS YOU ARE BEING DETAINED…AND ALWAYS PLACE YOUR PHONE ON RECORD WHEN BEING PULLED OVER, JUST PLACE YOUR PHONE IN THE CENTER CONSOLE AND JUST LET IT RECORD AUDIO AND TELL THEM BEFORE THEY EXIT YOU OUT OF THE CAR THAT YOU DO NOT CONSENT TO A SEARCH OF YOUR CAR..THEN COME SEE CPU…and we will take care of the rest….#nypd #copwatch #copwatchpatrolunit
