The NYPD are the biggest promoters for Vision Zero, however, officers create dangers on the road when they abuse their Authority by unnessesarily using their Torrent Lights to muscle through traffic, putting both the kids & the motorists in immediate danger in the area….Officers Must be held to a higher Standard and should follow ALL laws……
