Officers from the 23Pct continue to target and arrest homeless people in East Harlem for Really bogus things….This woman actually bought food and was consuming her food until officers interrupted her and arrested her for allegedly filling her soda cup twice without paying….This should of been handled internally with the Manager and at least offer her the opportunity to either dispute her issue or just pay for it which wasn’t no more than $3.00…instead, the Manager called police and the police just arrested her…Now this homeless woman has to be arrested, thrown into the system for 24 hours and damage her record for $3.00…Officers encourage these buisness owners to call police for anything just so that the officers can effect an arrest to fill a quota, in the meantime, this woman’s life gets rearranged
