Here in this video, 2 kids were just docking their Citi-Bike’s next to the projects where they live….as they were innocently returning their bikes, 3 sets of unmarked NYPD vehicles rolled up on them, they jumped out and searched them both UNLAWFULLY, then after finding nothing, they just walked back to their vehicles, drove away waving at Copwatch.
