Anti-Crime Plainclothes Officers continue to stop vehicles in East Harlem for no reason other than to Run Background Checks on people of color. These stops are never documented which toys with the NYPD Statistics on Stops against People of Color. In ALL my video’s the only people going through these unconstitutional stops are people of color and 99% of the stops they come out empty, and if they do find something then whatever evidence they have was obtained illegally which a smart lawyer could get that case thrown out in court.
