Officers are actually harassing people that are not committing any kind of Infraction or Crime whatsoever……The Homeless are targeted for just eating, relaxing, and minding their business, verses crimes that are being committed all around them because they are to busy worrying about people that are just obeying the Law….In this situation, the Parthmark has been bought out and is going to be closing down to rebuild and put up some other residential real estate, so these millionaires & politicians now want to discriminate and attack the homeless…
