Man falls down the Subway Stairs on 125th Street, splits his head wide open and is unconscious lying in a big pool of blood…the crack in his head is so big that you can see the inside..Instead of officers rending at least a minimal amount of aid until the ambulance arrives, as per their NYPD Patrol Guide, they became disrespectful to the people who knew him, and that was trying to render some aid to him, the officers just went up the stairs, pushing the people that were trying to help back and yelling at them in a disrespectful and loud manner which is also a NYPD Patrol Guide Violation 203-10 (a) PUBLIC CONDUCT / PROHIBITED CONDUCT….
These Officers Acted unprofessional and didn’t give 2 shits about a homeless man laying with his head cracked open in a pool of blood…Racial & Bias Motivated
