First of all, CPU is very Disturbed to see so many Officers respond to a Non-Violent EDP call…and according to witnesses that were there, they told CPU that the officers immediately Tazed the guy without just cause then jumped on him then cuffed him….The video clearly shows that the guy was probably in a mental breakdown, in which officers are not trained to deal with situations like that, which renders them useless at that scene, by their mere presence alone would only agitate a Emotionally distressed individual, not help them….No ambulance was called. #NYPD
