Here you have 2 over zealous cops who jumped out on this man without probable cause and automatically conducting a deep search by going into this man’s pockets, violating the Pat Down Mandate. They also pulled their gloves out to conduct a more vigorous search, but got derailed when the female officer spotted us and turned to her partner and advised him of our presence, in which they decided not to complete their illegal search towards that individual.
