Officer Martinez was a ticking time bomb and Mentally unstable with a combined mix of Steroids that Led to him pointing a gun at a 17 Year old kid that was filming him, and thereafter while leaving the building, he sucker punched a guy just standing in front of his building because he was also recording….Officer Martinez decided to reach out to my Instagram Page by sending me a friend request, but it backfired miserably for him…The guy that filmed the incident reached out to CPU and surrendered the video to us in which we POSTED it throughout social media and the Press in which they responded as we hoped….CPU doesn’t know how this Officer passed the psychological exam before he was sworn in as a officer, but this Reel of videos demonstrates that this Officer really has some emotional problems that needs to be addressed by IAB and the Inspector General’s Office and especially Police Commissioner Bill Bratton..#NYPD #NYC #FILMTHEPOLICE #PoliceBrutality
